Sabrina Howe

Sabrina is an Holistic Therapist based in Castleterry, Ballindangan, Mitchelstown, Co.Cork. She grew up just outside Athy, in Co. Kildare. From a very young age she knew her career would involve helping people. In 1995 she started her nursing career in St. James's Hospital, Dublin. After qualification she worked in many specialities, gaining a very high level of experience. In 2007 she moved into General Practice Nursing and spent just over 11 years in this area. It was here that she obtained most of her knowledge and experience. It became a passion for Sabrina to look at health holistically, and not just the presenting issues. In 2019 Sabrina decided to undertake extensive training in holistic therapies, and trained in various modalities. She now concentrates her career full-time to holistic therapies, and sees them as a huge compliment to traditional medicine. She is a registered member of the IRISH REFLEXOLOGIST'S INSTITUTE LTD (IRIL),  and the REIKI FEDERATION IRELAND (RFI), who are recognised by Irish Health Insurance Companies. In 2023 Sabrina was accepted by the INTERNATIONAL PRACTITIONERS OF HOLISTIC MEDICINE (IPHM) as an Accredited Practitioner and Training Provider.

In 2024 Sabrina became a member of TERA MAI™ Academy IRL, after further training and upgrading in the Tera Mai™ system of Reiki Healing.
