APPOINTMENTS POLICY

 

No-Show & Late Cancellation

If you fail to attend your appointment, any future bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking, or on the same day for any appointments already scheduled.

A payment link will be sent to you and must be paid on the day it is issued.

Cancellation Notice

Payments made for appointments will be forfeited if:

• You do not attend your appointment (no-show), or

• You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice

Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse treatment or cancel appointments at any time if deemed necessary.

Women’s Circle – Booking & Payment Policy ✨

 

Your place at the Women’s Circle is confirmed once full payment of €33 has been received.

Payment is required at the time of booking through the available online payment options.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Spaces are limited, and your place is not secured until payment has been successfully completed.
