I am delighted to welcome you to my Women’s Sacred Circle Gatherings, held in a dedicated space at my premises, created with the intention of holding space for women to come together in a calm, nurturing and supportive environment.

 

In the busyness of everyday life, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves as we juggle responsibilities, care for others and navigate the many changes and transitions life brings. Women’s Circles offer an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life, slow down and reconnect with yourself and with other women in a meaningful way.

 

A Women’s Circle is a space of connection, reflection and shared experience. It is an opportunity to be seen and heard, to listen without judgement, and to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no expectation to be anything other than yourself. Each woman brings her own unique experiences, wisdom and energy, and together we create a space where everyone belongs.

 

Our gatherings will include gentle guided meditation, moments for reflection and journaling, spiritual connection and opportunities to explore themes that support our personal growth, wellbeing and connection with our inner selves. Each circle will have its own intention, offering something different as we move through the seasons and the natural rhythms of life.

 

Above all, these gatherings are about creating time for yourself — to breathe, to feel, to connect and to remember that you do not have to navigate everything alone.

 

Whether you are familiar with Women’s Circles or are curious to experience one for the first time, you are warmly welcome. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and allow yourself the gift of this time.

When: The third Wednesday of each month

Time: 7pm–9pm
Where: My dedicated Sacred Circle space at

Sabrina Howe Holistic Therapist, Ballindangan,

near Mitchelstown, North Cork.

 

Booking: A €33 booking fee is required to secure your place. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Places are limited to preserve the intimate, inclusive and welcoming atmosphere of our gatherings, allowing each woman the space and opportunity to feel comfortable, supported and included.
